A resistance-training style workout using the Pilates reformer. The reformer allows for a low-impact workout, making it excellent for all ages and levels of strength. Cardio based workout using the jumpboard on the reformer to target your core and HR. This fast-pace class will help activate & tone your muscles by jumping while you're laying down! Because you're using the reformer, there is less impact on your knees than there is with running!
30 min HIIT
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great way to get your workout in! This 30 min class will consist of body weight exercises, dumbells, reformer, and so much more! Modifications are always available as we want you to push yourself safely, with good form!
Stretch & Mobility 15/15
This class will consist of Pilates Mat (15 Minutes) and Reformer (15 Minutes) flexibility and mobility exercises, What is the difference between flexibility and mobility? Flexibility is the ability of muscle or muscle groups to lengthen passively through a range of motion, whereas mobility, is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion. Both are important in order for your body to remain healthy and move with ease.
